We had a fantastic stay at the White Swan Hotel. Located on the 5th floor, the experience begins the moment you step off the elevator—the space is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well-designed. Honestly, the amenities here rival, and in some cases exceed, those of the major big-brand hotels. Everything about the decor and facilities feels fresh and modern. One of our favorite parts was the breakfast experience: you simply select what you’d like, and it is delivered directly to your room. It felt like a true luxury to enjoy such an extensive menu without having to leave our space. The staff were wonderful and very helpful throughout our trip. They were very diligent about cleaning whenever we requested it, which truly made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Just a small note for future travelers: the air in the area can be a bit dusty, so you might notice surfaces accumulate dust a little more quickly than usual, but it didn't take away from the quality of the stay at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel and staff 10/10. Mostafa was a gentleman and he helped me with my luggage and other questions. I stayed at the Sama Hotel which is a sister building a block from the white swan hotel. I booked with the white swan, and i had a difficult time finding this hotel. The Sama hotel is really nice so is white swan both staff teams are very helpful. As a woman I do advise you enter and exit the building with a man at night (at sama hotel) there is a hookah cafe right outside and a lot of men. Take safety precautions at night but other than that it’s very safe and clean. Pricing was very fair for the room and affordable.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.
