Trainee receptionists are so slow. Check-in for only 2 rooms for 4 people took over an hour. They also gave the wrong room, which was so small, one room for one person. They said we needed an upgrade, which was not an upgrade, it was what we booked. Something is wrong with the system. But the room, the bed, and the shower are clean, it's okay.

Room without a window, one set of towels, bed too small for two people. Basically, this room is good for one person. Rooms without windows should be advertised as such. The password for the Wi-Fi was wrong, and the TV set had no Netflix or YouTube. Tiny swimming pool on the roof. Cables were hanging in the corridor.
