I don't regret staying here. The place is comfortable, clean, the Wi-Fi is working, the AC is cold, the water heater is working, and there are free snacks. It's great!!! I think I'll stay here again next time, God willing.

The room is very comfy and everything worked great. Warm water running smoothly, Wi-Fi and Netflix, mini refrigerator, and even an electric kettle. There is some option of restaurant to choose from and overall the staff is very helpful. Definitely will come back here again! Please keep up the good service!

The staff was very friendly and proactive in making decisions, making it feel comfortable. The location and grounds of the hotel were excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. Toiletries were provided, including shampoo and soap. Highly recommended.

Sapphire Sky Hotel & Conference
The rooms were clean, and I loved the pool and fitness facilities within the building.
This was my first trip to Indonesia, and the staff were very helpful and helpful in answering my questions.

Family Friendly Hotel, Comfortable rooms with modern facilities, The location is very strategic, located near shopping areas such as AEON Mall BSD and Teraskota Mall, ICE CSD. The service at Grand Zuri BSD is very good. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help with various guest requests. The hotel is exceptionally clean compared to other hotels at a similar price. The breakfast menu is also top-notch, with breakfast included for the low price, a rarity. The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to a pharmacy, gas station, Teras Kota Mall, and restaurants with a wide variety of menu options. It's simply top-notch.
