The staff are very friendly. We stay in a family room, it's a big space. Really comfortable for family. Next time will stay in this hotel again. Thanks.

Clean room and bathroom, strong water and good water heater system. Convenience as located inside mall and a lot of 24 hrs shop nearby.

I have been to this hotel many times and I can guarantee that this is one of the best hotels in KK. It has a big parking lot, the room is spacious, and the ambiance is perfect. I've tried the food before, it was exquisite. I love everything about this hotel and will definitely come again in the future.

Old hotel,no towels in the rooms,phone. In the room was not function. Bathtub in the toilet was dirty.

It's close to many places I like. Easy to catch a grab. Even by foot, you have no issues getting around. Nearby there's lots of coffee shops, bars and places to eat. Laundry shop is nearby too.

It is very nice stay at the exclusive place...with a nice sea view. It will make you feel peaceful and enjoyable.
