The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, has a swimming pool, gym, especially the view is great. Everyone from the receptionist to the room service is enthusiastic and attentive. The way of taking care of customers makes customers feel appreciated. The breakfast buffet is delicious and diverse. This place is always the priority choice every time I go to Quang Ninh for work or vacation with family and friends.

The hotel is located right next to the sea, opposite there is also a Banh Hoi Porridge shop selling late at night for only 20k / portion including porridge, heart, and cake. Friendly Receptionist

My family was very satisfied when staying at the hotel, the staff was enthusiastic and took care of everything, the room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view, the TV in the room could play YouTube. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall, it was worth staying, if I have the chance, I will come back.

I've had the best experience staying there for my business trip. The location is spot on, near a convenience store, lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel also has a newly opened coffee shop. Front desk staff & security guys are super nice & helpful, always smiling! Definitely recommended if you want a cozy, clean & reasonable price in the city center.

The apartment is exactly as described, clean and tidy. The location is very convenient - near the beach, near the market, surrounded by countless restaurants and cafes. Strong wifi, cool air conditioning. Friendly host, quick response. Everything is fine, worth the experience.
