Location is close to Shiomi Station and a local supermarket. There is a FamilyMart attached to the hotel. The room is spacious and very clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel lobby is spacious, very comfortable for gathering and chatting.

Great hotel. Great location. Very convenient. The trains station Daiba is just outside the hotel. Hotel wifi is good. Hotel room is clean. Hotel amenities are very complete. Hotel cable TV is great.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The room size is large compared to other standard hotels in Tokyo. The location is in Tokyo Bay, a bit far from Shibuya and Shinjuku. Flanked by 2 train stations with a distance of less than 1 km each. Pls note both of these lines are private lines, which may affect your transportation budget. There is a Lawson convenience store inside the building. Very plus point, this hotel has a direct bus to the airport and a free shuttle to Disneyland. This is very important so that it is not difficult to drag suitcases on the train. Another bonus point, there is a foot massager in the room.

The hotel is very near to Toyocho station. Family mart, Lawson, and Daily market are just walking distance. McDonalds also just few steps away, very quiet environment.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and they provided umbrellas and an iron upon request. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

my best hotel experience, spacious clean room, friendly and helpful staff, great city view free disney shuttle bus and, just couldn't ask for more. we'll be back for sure. highly recommended
