Things to do in Mall Panakkukang

The entire Komodo liveaboard trip was perfect. Our guide, Stevan, was very professional and patient, and the crew were friendly, professional, and trustworthy. The meals on board were satisfying, with plenty of drinking water and fruit provided. The cabin was clean and hygienic. Unfortunately, we didn't see any manta rays that day due to weather and ocean currents, which was understandable. Overall, it was a perfect experience. Our travel agency coordinator, Ms. Ronald, was very patient and professional in coordinating the itinerary. We initially had some dissatisfaction with the discrepancy between the scheduled itinerary and the travel agency's description, but this misunderstanding was cleared up through communication with Ronald. We strongly recommend that the travel company update the travel agency's description on the app to reflect the actual schedule as soon as possible to reduce unnecessary misunderstandings and communication costs.
