Travelers who book the "Randen 1-Day Ticket" package are required to present the voucher to the staff at the following locations for physical ticket collection
① Shijō-Ōmiya Station ② Arashiyama Station ③ Kitanohakubaicho Station ④ Katabiranotsuji Station
※ Exchange Time: 9:30am - 5:00pm (year-round)
※ The exchange point closest to Kyoto Station is Shijō-Ōmiya Station. If you depart from Kyoto Station, you may take City Bus 26 or 28 and alight at Shijō-Ōmiya Station

About Randen Pass

Hop aboard the retrospective Randen for a day of unlimited travel! The tram will take you from Kyoto to Arashiyama. Take the tram, which is loved by Kyoto citizens, and enjoy a leisurely trip away from the hustle and bustle of the city. On the way, the train will stop by numerous tourist attractions along the route of the tram. You can also enjoy a number of other discounts and free gifts using the Randen Pass.

You Should Also Know This

Good to know:

The 1-day Free Pass can be used until the last train of the day after the exchange. Discounts are also valid only on the date listed on the pass.

Bicycle Rental is available from 9:00 to 17:00 (10:00 am to 17:00 pm in winter)

*Rental reception ends at 15:00. No appointment needed. As the number of available bicycles is limited, advance reservations are also possible.

Arashiyama Onsen Station Footbath:

Operations hours: 09:00~20:00 (last entry: 19:30 pm)
