Lovely staff, helpful and friendly. Good knowledge of the local area and how to get to places. Hotel in a great location.

I was impressed by this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing invaluable advice on the city and helping to book restaurants. The overall design and ambiance of the property are smart and relaxing, and I particularly appreciated my spacious and well-appointed room.

Beautifully decorated, kind and accommodating staff, eco friendly and sustainability focused. Room was food size and had everything we needed. The only issue we had (and this is due to personal preference) was the room was not cold enough to sleep comfortably and the little lights in the room like tv standby light etc made the room too bright. I mentioned it to the staff on the last and they were brilliant. Got us a fan which made a huge difference for us. And put black tape on the little distracting lights. Despite these issues we would stay again as the staff made those adaptations for us.

Hôtel moderne car rénové. Emplacement idéal entre Gare du Nord et pl. De Brouckere. Tout le centre de Brixelles entre 5 et 20 mins de marche. Metro et tram juste en face. Personnel gentil et attentionné. La gouvernante nous a même surclassé dams chambre + spacieuse car la télé etait defectueuse dans la 1re. Petit dejeuner varié et savoureux. Merci Indigo!

We were smitten by the photos of the hotel when booking and the reality didn’t disappoint. Quirky and distinctive style using plants wherever possible. We found the water fountain by the lift lobby on each floor particularly useful to refill our water bottles and the seating in those areas was fun with birdsong playing and scents diffused. Our room was spacious and styled really well. Staff were all helpful and positive.

Cute interior design and comfortable bed. There is air conditioning in the room. The area feels safe and not nosy.

Excellent hotel within walking distance to the Grand Palace. Very stylish and clean room with great facilities. The added bonus of water stations on each floor and a coffee machine in our room made our stay even more comfortable.

Broken bathroom door upon arrival, one of the lifts out of order. Curtains don’t block out light - there was a piece of tape to try and stick the curtain to the wall to block som3 light! Bedding was wet/damp on arrival. Breakfast was a chore - they have most things but you nearly always have to ask for it and or wait for it because they don’t seem to restock unless asked. Milk situation is just unsafe bottles of different milks with metal plates on counter top in front. People were placing them back in wrong place etc, seeing as at least one milk was a nut based one I worry around the potential allergy impacts of this approach. All in all a poor hotel that just happens to have some pretty decoration and smell nice in the lift foyer. They also seem to have a big dislike for customers book8ng through Expedia - it was mentioned as a negative at least 3 times at check in and check out

Beautiful Hotel with new and old world charm. Pros: Comfortable beds and pillows, delicious coffee, refrigerator, iron, water, and safe to lock belongings. No cons. Would stay again if traveling to Brussels.

It started at reception with Marie, who immediately made me feel welcome. So important to a tired traveler. It expanded to Morgane, who assisted me with a difficult matter with my phone carrier, and finally with Ulysse, who completed my download of the IHG app. Pleasant bar service with Joy, and everyone at the hotel with whom I interacted. Well done.
