Breakfast options were excellent. The pre-scrambled eggs though were very dry.

Cleanliness in the bathroom was questionable. No shampoo in the shower. Bed was not comfortable. Kleenex box had only one tissue in it.

Bathtub wasn’t clean and the breakfast sausage was overcooked

Recent updates have helped, but attention to detail on the cleaning was not there.

Healthy Area was okay Parking fine

Room was small but clean. Staff were friendly, breakfast area was small but food was ok. Parking was fine. Close to highway so a little noisy.

Rooms were dirty and rundown. Maple bugs in the room, I had to kill many when we arrived. There more to kill in the morning when we got up.

We checked in and 5 mins later checked out and booked at a different hotel. The property condition was horrible. Outside is and was falling apart. Room was so dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed or bathrooms had not been mopped. No elevator! Comfort in. Should be ashamed to call this property theirs!

Room was not clean. Floor was not (good) vacuumed. ĺwalking on bare feet feeling stones.Need carpet cleaning. It did not show bathroom was sanatized. Smelly toiletries not good for people with allergies. Bed and breakfast was good.

Top cover of the bed was stained with?? Nite lady changed it. When my wife pulled back the covers we discovered the sheets had a large fresh blood stain. Nite lady suggested she change the whole bed !! This was at 10 pm Totally not acceptable!!! We demanded a different room. I demanded a refund for the discussing stay. They advised me they were a third party and wouldn’t be able to do anything . Will Expedia .ca ???

Felt more like a motel than a hotel. Not really family vibes and more of a hotel for construction workers.

We got in late from a long day of traveling. We pulled back the covers and there was a long hair in the middle of the bed. My husband used the washroom and there were hair all over the floor and on the side of the tub. It wasn’t until the morning we saw the dried blood on the side of bed in on the sheets. We told the front desk we wanted our room cleaned while we were away for the day. Housekeeping brought new towels but didn’t change the sheets or even make the bed. The lady who was working the desk that night was fantastic and changed the sheets even though it wasn’t her job. No apologies at all from the day counter staff at all. Said we would have to talk to hotels.com to ask for a refund; hotel couldn’t because of the third party booking. Breakfast was mediocre at best-cold food, had to wait for awhile for the hot food to be refilled. Won’t be staying there again.

I liked that you could park right outside of your room if you stayed on the first floor. It would have been nice if there was a room map in the lobby so you knew where you could park as I originally went to the wrong side of the hotel. The room wasn't as clean as I would like one to be but it was fine. They provided lots of fluffy towels so that was good as well. It's an older hotel. The bed was fluffy for anyone who likes a big soft mattress. Would stay again.

The hotel in general, is a little on the dated side, but like a comfortable old shoe… The carpet was not clean, with noticeable detritus. The bathroom was clean, shower was great. Breakfast wasn’t great, but passable for hotel fare. Coffee was decent, hot and plentiful. Biggest issue for us was the noise from the highway traffic that never ended. It carried thru the windows. Solution : ask for a room on the back-side of the hotel! We want to thank KIM, our check in rep for taking the extra time in taking care of finding a room for us, that didn’t smell of room fresheners or chemicals…..even had the window ajar for fresh air! She was fantastic!
