Donovan at the front desk was very helpfull and very friendly. I was hoping to find more variety around the area.The falls are about a 20 min drive which is not bad at all. I would hope they did hoisekeeping daily instead of every other day.

The hotel suite was amazing, large and modern. I suggest you purchase the buffet breakfast with the booking, otherwise it’s $25 at the hotel. It’s the same breakfast you’d expect at any hotel chain that is free. The restaurant food and bar is great and open late. Parking is $5 per day.

The carpet was dirty when we arrived, there’s no closet in the room, so we coudn’t hang our clothes ! Rooms are not cleaned eveyday. We asked for towels we didn’t get them until we went to take them from the reception the next day. Breakfast is below average.

I didn’t have a pleasant day I noticed after my trip trip I got bedbugs bite all over my legs and waist area. I wasn’t asked how my stay was or if there was any concerns which told me that they didn’t really care if I stayed there or not.
