Property needs updating and cleaning could be better in the bathroom. They could also maintain the bathroom a bit better but the room itself was clean

We had a late night check in. Travel with small kids the front desk agent was extremely helpful and checked us in speedy quick. It was muchly appreciated

I liked the drive up to door parking on main floor Did not like the night lighting hard to navigate parking lot and there was some building materials beside the building I liked the check in soft music relaxing atmosphere check in person very professional able to answer questions quick responds when phone front desk

Didn’t even stay. Place dirty, trash in the hallway, terrible layout for room. Only about 18” from foot bed to wall. Tv only about Mr 28”

There were no food options, the sheets on the bed were stained and there was no hair dryer. The floor in the bathroom and the bathtub were all marked up and the toilet hat yellow stains. We could not even shower. There was a funky smell in the room as well so much so neither I nor my daughter could sleep. The air conditioning also mDe loud sounds throughout the night.

1 bed was ok, other I could feel the springs. Bathroom was dirty and needs a whole overhaul. Mold around bathtub, toilet seal moldy and toilet rocking. Corners were not cleaned. I doubt the bed and nightstand moved in years to vacuum behind. 1 outlet didn’t work for sleep apnea machine and other outlet was melted. Garbage and medication cups spewed around outside the room - still there on 3rd day Handprints on all the lobby windows and doors as well as other entrance doors to the facility not cleaned. Paper parking picket still in the hall 3 days later no vacuuming done.

The only thing up to date was the the bedding. Bathroom needs repairs. Carpets need cleaning. Light bulbs need replacing. Smells off.

The room wasnt clean. Rhere was mold in the bathroom. The walls int he room and the windows were dirty.The carpets were not vacuumed. Neither the fridge nor the keurig was cleaned. No microwave in the room even though each room is advertised to have one. Have to go to the main lobby if you wish to use one.No iron in the room despite there being an ironing board. For the money paid for this room is wae way below expectations. Rooms need to be inspected more by management to ensure the cleaning staff are up to par or hire new staff that take pride in their work. Would not recommend to anyone to stay here especially at the rates being charged!
