We had a great stay here! We loved the area. It's in the middle of beautiful shops, wonderful cafes, and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Our room also had A/C!!! Loved it.

Excellent location- walked to see the Eiffel Tower light up every night. Very safe and close to metro lines. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel. Not happy that safe was not usuable. Tourists need a safe to put away valuables. Not ok to say oh we will fix it in a week. Thats means nothing to tourists that are there couple of days.

I chose this hotel because of the idea of a balcony overlooking a part of the city. It felt very Parisian. Um...none of the photos do it justice, because you can see part of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony!!! I literally squealed like a little child when I walked out onto that balcony! Watching the twinkling every night from the comfort of our own balcony, or having a cup of coffee there in the mornings was my idea of heaven! The room itself was very comfortable and spacious for three of us. My kid loved the little alcove and their own balcony access. The wet bathroom thing is weird, but I understand why you would do it in a hotel. The hotel is adorable, the area around it is lovely and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely and clean, great location and not far to walk to many tourist attractions. Friendly staff. Didnt see the point in a tray with Kettle, cups, tea coffee and no milk. Despite numerous emails to the reception, the best i was offered was milk from the breakfast room, 5 floors below, which isn't very practical when you wake at 7 and want a coffee in bed. Whitener sachets or coffee with whitener sachets would solve this very easily. Nothing was used on ours or our friends trays because of the no milk situation. Must save them a lot on replenishing.
