It is under remodeling the main floor. Rooms are quiet clean and bathroom is spacious. It is recent remodeled. I love it

Great service, very friendly, all front desk personnel spoke English and French and some Spanish. They had an extra rollaway bed but in the room before we got there and my picky daughter was very comfortable in it for the 5 nights. Close to many different metro stations, restaurants, and shopping.

This hotel was very comfortable and clean for an affordable hotel. This is not a luxury hotel, but staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. Enjoyed our stay!

It was clean but I do not recommend it. It seemed like a hotel run by a family. I had to ring a door bell and wait for someone to open the door in order to come and go, they added additional taxes at the conclusion of my stay, and they made a copy of my passport.

I didn’t like how I asked for a room with 2 beds and was given a room with 1 bed. After traveling all day the last thing I wanted to do was rest. The guy wrote down some room number to show me and the first one he showed me I just decided to stay there (another room with only 1 bed) I was tired and exhausted. It’s annoying having to deal with that stuff after a long day. Like why are you showing me another room with just one bed. Ridiculous.

The property was in a great location, and the price was very fair. The rooms were recently renovated, so everything was new and clean. However, the lobby was still under renovation, and was a bit inconvenient and the construction noises were very loud. But I assume in the future this would not be an issue.

First of all I had great expectation from best western hotel but this hotel is not worth spending money. Rooms are small that is ok in place like paris but AC units didn't work and on checking with manager , she said that it was already informed to hotels.com but nothing was informed to customer. Staff was good but manager didn't responded very well to queries. Place is ok to stay but you can get good others hotels near by. This place is not worth spending money which doesn't provide amenities which you paid for. Neither did hotel compensated for the trouble we had without AC in room when it is too hot in paris in summer. Had great expectation from best western but this hotel has slipped badly. Didnt had good experience while staying.Definitely not recommending my friends.

'the hotel was in a local area but was easy enough to navigate around from there. The hotel pictures are deceiving, lobby was hot rather be in room relaxing,bar what bar served very little choices and was told no ice. the morning breakfast room was not outside just a inside room with plexi glass for light to come through. We didnt spend much time at hotel so these points didnt really matter to us. The room its self was fine and had to balcony which was nice.
