I've stayed here many times; it's comfortable and safe for families. The kids love it, especially with the swimming pool and playground. The breakfast menu is also delicious...anyway, if you're planning an event in Bukittinggi and need to stay overnight, this is the place to go.

For a small hotel, it had all we needed. I have a family of five and the room was spacious and comfortable. I liked that we were close to everything and only 2 to 3 minutes by Grab to Ion shopping. I would gladly stay again.

The location is truly strategic. It's on the main road. The family room we booked was lovely. It had two windows, one of which overlooked the plaza in front of the hotel. There was a sofa and two TVs. We also got six free bottles of drinks in the fridge, such as Sprite or Fanta.
For those of you who want to stay in a hotel with the intention of sleeping or relaxing in your room, this hotel is highly recommended. Finding food out is also very easy, as there are many delicious eateries within walking distance.

The most impressive thing is the super enthusiastic, thoughtful, and responsible staff (We went with 2 people and luckily had Mr. Dung take pictures for us, and his pictures were also beautiful). Great stay. All staff were pleasant. Check in was a little slow but under one hour and fuss free so that's okay. Room was fully equipped with ironing board, safe, hairdryer, toiletries, mini fridge, tea and coffee set. Despite reading several reviews that had mini cockroaches, our bedroom was clean and comfortable and everything was in good working condition. Enjoyed the bathtub. Walking distance to Bugis and Arab Street. Did not have a good night's sleep though, but maybe that's just us as we felt the bed and comforter was not comfortable enough.

Had a great stay at this property. Location is very accessible. Airport Express shuttle bus stops right in front of this hotel, making it easier to travel to and from the airport even with big luggages. Staff Rahul is very helpful. They allowed us to check in early without any charge. They clean the room everyday, too! Free use of their water dispenser and microwave by the lobby. Thank you Traveloka for the best deal! 🤩
