Greeted by competent and friendly receptionist staff upon arrival at the hotel. My review: -clean and comfortable room. -complete bathroom facilities. -wifi internet works well. -breakfast in the morning with a variety of menus and delicious taste too. Overall everything I felt while staying here was good, able to relieve my fatigue from driving while Touring around Sumatra.

A pleasant stay with my wife and grandchildren. The room was clean, the AC was cool, and the water heater worked well. Breakfast was varied. There was a swimming pool for the kids. Hotel Prime Park is the best.
