It's another weekend well spent again, all the staff were very thoughtful, had a good attitude, and were very helpful for my kids during my stay. They did their very best to respond fast to all small troubles the customer had. I wish I could come back again and upgrade my room so I can experience again the best service hotel in Karawang.
