The hotel staff were all friendly and polite. The security guards were also very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and cool, with plenty of drinking water and snacks. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The swimming pool was heated. The Wi-Fi was also good. The facilities were complete, and the kids were happy. I'll be back again next time. Thanks Papandayan.

It was my first time here and I got upgraded to a premier king room. It was a very good experience, with lots of kids activities, varied and delicious food, and lots of facilities. One of the highlights was the breakfast experience. The selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, making breakfast something I genuinely looked forward to each morning. The variety ensured that there was always something new and enjoyable to try. My room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect place to unwind and relax. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt elegant and well-maintained, with attention to detail in both the facilities and service. Overall, the combination of great service, delicious and varied breakfast, and comfortable accommodations made my stay truly enjoyable.
