I stayed at Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta during New Year 2026, when the hotel was quite busy. Despite that, the check-in process was very fast. The reception staff were extremely friendly and clearly explained the facilities available at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were complete, with complimentary snacks and a drink bar that were refilled daily, which was a nice touch. The hotel facilities were excellent. The swimming pool was very large, and there were also a jacuzzi and sauna. The restaurant offered a wide variety of menu options, and everything tasted great. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Yogyakarta :)

Very satisfied with my staycation at Grand Senyum... Just a few steps to Tugu Jogja... The room was clean, luxurious, and really nice 🥰 The staff was also very friendly... Next time I go to Jogja, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I had a delightful three-night stay at this property. My wife and I were very pleased with the overall quality of service throughout our visit. My first stay at this hotel. I was thrilled to be given a free upgrade to a suite. It was impressive, comfortable, and artistic, highly recommended. The staff was very understanding and attentive, especially when I asked for an extra 10 minutes to check out because I wanted to pray Dhuhr first. I will definitely be back again ❤️

The service is friendly, there is a swimming pool, after breakfast we went straight for a swim, the hotel is close to Tugu Station and Malioboro, if we go to Yogya again we will stay here again.
