The room facilities are good, clean, everything is complete, the bathroom accessories are also complete, there is even a hair shower cup, wow, this is the first time I've found that. The location is close to Tunjungan, you can even walk to it, the staff is friendly, and you can check in 1 hour early. If I go to Surabaya again, I will probably come here again😍

I've been a regular when I'm in Surabaya, staying here often. Affordable, clean rooms, a clean swimming pool, a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere, and a view I love overlooking the Suramadu Bridge. It's close to everything. There's no breakfast, but there are plenty of eateries nearby. I really enjoyed staying here :)

Initially, I pressed the wrong date, but thanks to the kindness of the owner, thank God I was able to check in on the correct date, without any charges whatsoever. The service from the owner and staff was incredibly good, fast response, the accommodation was very good, comfortable and complete. I hope the owner and staff are always healthy, have smooth fortune, and have a successful business 🙏🥰.

I stayed 11 nights at Hotel Mutiara Timor. The staff were very friendly, the room and hotel were very clean, even though it's only a 1-star hotel, I think Hotel Mutiara Timor deserves to be upgraded to a 2-star hotel. The location is a bit inland, but the location is strategic. Around the location there are many Instagrammable cafes and lots of snacks too. Near the hotel, it opens at 10 AM and closes at 4 PM, meatballs pentol are located 100 meters to the right of the hotel, which are always busy, worth trying if you stay at this hotel. And in the morning, to the left of the hotel, there is also a savory pecel rice seller for only 10 thousand. Indomaret and Starbucks are about 1 km away. Marvel Mall is 2 kilometers away, Tunjungan is 3-4 kilometers away. Laundry services are also available. Thank you to Hotel Mutiara Timor. Very satisfying. May you be more successful & progress in the future.

easy check in, the room is as expected, not too spacious but enough for our family, with 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 toddlers.. requested city view and was granted, next time want to try the pool view, have often stayed at orchard tanglin 1br, 2br, by miracle and always satisfied, this time the Anderson is no less satisfied, complete facilities, just lacking a magic com.. overall will come back again
