Clean, comfortable, friendly hotel staff, and the security guard was also very nice. He helped us carry our things as soon as we got off. There are lots of food vendors along the road. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Staying at Bumi with my mother for a short staycation was the best choice. The serene atmosphere (so my mother could finish the Quran), the super friendly staff, the location right in the heart of Surabaya, making it close to everything, and the incredible night and morning views from the 11th floor made us feel at home and rested soundly. Not to mention the swimming pool, which also provides a great place for seniors to exercise in the morning—it's simply top-notch. Thank you Bumi.

All the hotel staff were very kind and friendly, willing to explain the surrounding area. One of the security guards was very informative and even lent me his motorbike to explore the area.
