I totally recommend staying somewhere near the modern market. The location is super convenient for getting around and finding food! Plus, the rooms are kept incredibly clean. Seriously, the bathroom was spotless, which is a huge plus in my book. Overall, it was a great experience!
The hotel staff also very helpful.

The experience of staying here was really fun. The service was super good, the room was comfortable, clean, the bed was also soft, the bathroom had hot water, there was refillable water and also a mini fridge. The hotel was close to snack places, close to the student dormitory too, and in front of the hotel there was a food stall, a short walk forward and you could find snacks like cilor, egg rolls, and also ketoprak. For concerts at ICE BSD, it also took less than 15 minutes to walk. The road was also comfortable, not many vehicles passing by so it was safe to go home at night. If you want to go to AEON, it was also close, you could take an online taxi for only 5 minutes. Super duper good, can be made another choice if there is a concert at ICE BSD

A pretty nice hotel for a 3 days 2 nights staycation with kids, the location is very strategic because the distance to the mall and various dining places can be done on foot. And when checking out, my child's doll was left in the lobby, the staff there kept it well until we came again to pick it up. The service of the staff is very helpful and very friendly. Happy to stay at this hotel. Thank you.

Overall, it's great.
The location is strategic, right off the BSD toll exit, near Pasmod, and close to residential areas. Access to the airport is also good.
It's comfortable and highly recommended, and the price is very reasonable.
There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and it's also a great place to find snacks.

I don't regret staying here. The place is comfortable, clean, the Wi-Fi is working, the AC is cold, the water heater is working, and there are free snacks. It's great!!! I think I'll stay here again next time, God willing.

The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to a pharmacy, gas station, Teras Kota Mall, and restaurants with a wide variety of menu options. It's simply top-notch. Clean, fragrant, and very comfortable. If you come here again, you will definitely go to Casa De Parco. The apartment staff are all friendly. There is a laundry, coffee from the heart and a mart downstairs. The pool is big and clean. It's toppp. Even though you have to check in yourself, it's easy because the apartment owner gave you directions.

i'm about to write a long review to beat those mean reviews 🫶
it's not a minimalist hotel like many of the ones out there now.
this hotel has a very old fashioned vibe. marble floors, gold curtain choices, and big chairs from the 90s.
even so, it's obvious that all the details were chosen well in the past.
comfortable mattress, furniture, and even the ceiling height.
we slept soundly, not disturbed by the sound of vehicles at all.
AC works just fine✅️
hot water works as well✅️
hair dryer ✅️
water heater ✅️
refrigerator doesn't exist (in case you need it)
breakfast is simple but more than enough.
we got a price of 700 thousand for one night in a family room with breakfast (actually for 3 people, but they didn't charge for my daughter, so it counts as 4 people). worth every penny.
the staff is friendly and genuine, we can feel their passion, especially the manager.
we checked in around 7 pm, and left around 12 pm the next day.
hope this hotel can survive for a long time 🫶 definitely will go back.

Staying here started out of ignorance and accident, but ended with happiness because it turned out the hotel provided comfort in terms of service, price, atmosphere, cleanliness, and delicious food, making me feel at home, thank God.
