A clean and centrally located hotel in Cilacap. I love staying here every time I visit Cilacap. This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The price is very affordable.

The hotel staff is very friendly, everyone is quick to respond.., the security guard is also great. I initially thought it was a small hotel, because the price was very affordable. But it turns out the hotel is that proper. Nice, clean rooms, fragrant towels. I've stayed at 3 different hotels in the area. And I think Azana is the best. The breakfast is also the best compared to the previous hotel I've been to (even though the previous hotel's room rate was more expensive).. Overall Azana is really good. Hopefully it can maintain it. Next time I go there again, God willing, I'll stay at Azana again.

The receptionist was informative and offered a discounted room upgrade. Friendly service from Ms. Alfina. Nice rooms, and a swimming pool. Perfect for a vacation.

The room is quite large, comfortable, and clean. The AC, TV, and hot water for the shower work well. Complete amenities. The food is delicious, room service is fast, and the staff is friendly. We recommend staying here.

The hotel's location is strategic and easy to find, situated on a main road close to numerous eateries. Check-in was easy and quick. My room was ready upon arrival. Breakfast was served at 6 a.m., still hot and delicious.

Very strategic location near the square and turtle bay. The rooms are very comfortable. The main thing is the complete room facilities. Super recommended.

Choose the best room in this hotel, cheap price but much better quality than the room class below, we stayed in VIP family, 1 double bed & 1 single bed, AC, toiletteries, sandals, mini fridge, local TV, everything works well, clean, comfortable, quiet, and one more thing is there is fried rice for breakfast delivered to the room for 3 people, we checked out in the morning at 7, breakfast was delivered at 6.30, amazing so we had time to have breakfast before traveling, no regrets choosing to transit at Permata Hotel.
