This is my 2nd time staying there. I love the initiative of providing water dispenser at the corridor to avoid plastic bottle waste. The hotel contributes greatly to environmental conservation. The room is super cozy with good lighting and amenities. Internet connection is also good, and I have no complaint about it. The staff is exceptionally friendly, from the doorman, to the front desk, to room service.

I had an excellent stay in here. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast offers many options, including ice cream that's very nice. Overall, it's above my expectation. Will I stay again? Definitely. Keep up the good work.

The pleasent and have a greatfull services in this hotel. The staff was very helpful and warm greetings. The location was strategic near shopping mall. Breakfast was very enjoy, various food western and indonesian food combine with open view restaurant.
