The quality is clearly getting better, starting from cleanliness, Wi-Fi quality, TV broadcast quality. The breakfast menu. Subscribe to stay here every time I go to Samarinda since 2022, at least 2 times a year. And really don't think about staying anywhere else. Always success.

The hotel is an old building but very well maintained. The building is large and spacious. Ample parking. Rooms: very spacious, clean, cool, smart TV includes Netflix, fast Wi-Fi. Bathroom: bathtub, complete amenities, towels for the gym, hot water. Breakfast: many variations of western and Asian menus, delicious taste. Staff: friendly, full of smiles. Facilities: very good and complete gym, pool. There are several restaurants but haven't tried them all.

I recently stayed at Hotel Radja Samarinda and the overall experience was quite satisfactory, especially for a budget hotel in the city center. 1. Room and Cleanliness: The room I stayed in was clean and tidy. The room size is standard but comfortable enough for 2 people. The bed was clean, the sheets smelled good, and the AC was cool. Starting from the spacious parking lot, the friendly and helpful receptionist service, the complete facilities, there are aesthetic art paintings in every hallway, the cleanliness of the room is ok, the room is spacious, just happened to get one without windows yesterday, for the gym facilities are also quite ok and complete but access is a bit difficult because it is on the 2nd floor where the hallway is locked (so you need a 2nd floor access card that can be requested at the receptionist first if the hallway is locked), the wifi is smooth, there is a dispenser if you want hot water and water refills, for breakfast food is varied and delicious. Overall good and recommended.

My room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The modern interior, adequate lighting, and comfortable bed ensured a quality rest. Room amenities, such as air conditioning, TV, hot water, and toiletries, were fully functional. The city view was a plus, especially at night.

The hotel staff was very friendly, responsive, and professional from check-in to check-out. Requests for additional towels were handled promptly. The friendliness and courtesy of the front office and housekeeping teams left a positive impression.
