The quality is clearly getting better, starting from cleanliness, Wi-Fi quality, TV broadcast quality. The breakfast menu. Subscribe to stay here every time I go to Samarinda since 2022, at least 2 times a year. And really don't think about staying anywhere else. Always success.

The hotel is an old building but very well maintained. The building is large and spacious. Ample parking. Rooms: very spacious, clean, cool, smart TV includes Netflix, fast Wi-Fi. Bathroom: bathtub, complete amenities, towels for the gym, hot water. Breakfast: many variations of western and Asian menus, delicious taste. Staff: friendly, full of smiles. Facilities: very good and complete gym, pool. There are several restaurants but haven't tried them all.

I recently stayed at Hotel Radja Samarinda and the overall experience was quite satisfactory, especially for a budget hotel in the city center. 1. Room and Cleanliness: The room I stayed in was clean and tidy. The room size is standard but comfortable enough for 2 people. The bed was clean, the sheets smelled good, and the AC was cool. The bathroom was well-maintained with hot water that worked well. For this price, the cleanliness was above expectations. 2. Service: The reception staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in. The administrative process was fast and straightforward. When I asked for information on nearby restaurants, the staff promptly provided accurate recommendations. 3. Starting from the spacious parking lot, the friendly and helpful receptionist service, the complete facilities, there are aesthetic art paintings in every hallway, the cleanliness of the room is ok, the room is spacious, just happened to get one without windows yesterday, for the gym facilities are also quite ok and complete but access is a bit difficult because it is on the 2nd floor where the hallway is locked (so you need a 2nd floor access card that can be requested at the receptionist first if the hallway is locked), the wifi is smooth, there is a dispenser if you want hot water and water refills, for breakfast food is varied and delicious. Overall good and recommended.

1. Room and Cleanliness
My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The modern interior design created a comfortable feeling from the moment I entered. The bed was soft, the air conditioning worked optimally, and the bathroom was clean with consistent hot water. Housekeeping arrived on time and paid attention to detail in cleaning the room.
2. Staff Service
The front office and concierge teams were very professional, friendly, and responsive. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Every request I had was handled promptly and politely, reflecting the high standards of service at a star-rated hotel.
3. Facilities
The pool and gym area are well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. The pool is spacious and includes a children's pool, and the view from the pool is also stunning, as it is located on the top floor.
4. Strategic Location
The hotel is located in the center of Samarinda, close to shopping centers, hospitals, and offices. Access to APT Pranoto Airport is also relatively easy, making it convenient for guests with busy schedules.
Overall, Horison Ultima Samarinda offers good value for money. The professional service, comfortable rooms, and strategic location make me consider staying again in the future.
