Cleanliness and service are also excellent, I was really helped by the friendly reception staff named Kendry. He's really great!

This is a very good hotel for you when you need transit. It's near the airport and has free shuttle service to the airport too. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. I absolutely will come back again if I need a transit flight.

This is a really good place if you need to transit overnight. The location is really convenient, and the skytrain platform is right in front of the hotel. The room is clean and had sufficient amenities. The window view directly shows the apron and runway, so it's good for aviation enthusiasts. The room is well insulated, so the sound of the jet engine is not noisy. The food tastes good too.

My recent stay at The Jayakarta SP Jakarta was truly delightful, offering a comfortable and satisfying experience. The room itself was excellent – spacious, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing ambiance after a day out. So much so, that I decided to extend my stay for an additional night!
What truly stood out was the in-room dining service. I ordered the chicken fried rice, fried banana, and french fries, and I must say, every single dish was absolutely great! It's a testament to the quality of their culinary offerings, even when enjoyed in the comfort of my room.
The hospitality of the staff was also exceptional, with everyone doing a great job to ensure a pleasant stay.
Overall, The Jayakarta SP Jakarta provided a fantastic experience, from the comfortable accommodations to the superb in-room dining, which led me to happily extend my stay. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Jakarta.

First Impression, the service was really fast and helpful! 👍🏻 I stayed for 1 night, room type was King Suite. Room looks clean, the size is ok for a suite, bed’s comfortable. Got a little peek of the swimming pool from the room and it was indeed a very big pool with a nice view from the 5th floor. Didn’t had the chance to try the food, but overall it was a lovely stay ☺️
