In the morning the AC water leaked, but it stopped when it got later. Putting pizza on the table suddenly there were ants, there were 1/2 mosquitoes, the bathroom lights were a bit dim. Other than that everything was safe. Thank you

just entered the hotel, it smells really good and cool. the staff is incredibly friendly and fast response. every time I come home and want to enter the hotel, everyone greets me cheerfully. there are also many cats in front of the hotel.
maybe what needs to be fixed is the shower space which is level with the toilet floor. so when the shower is on, the water goes everywhere. at least the space for bathing or showering is lower than the bathroom floor

I definitely won't be coming back here after a centipede came out of the drainfloor while I was taking a shower.
I talked to the receptionist to see if there was anything they could do, but there was no refund or room change option.

In the morning the AC water leaked, but it stopped when it got later. Putting pizza on the table suddenly there were ants, there were 1/2 mosquitoes, the bathroom lights were a bit dim. Other than that everything was safe. Thank you

just entered the hotel, it smells really good and cool. the staff is incredibly friendly and fast response. every time I come home and want to enter the hotel, everyone greets me cheerfully. there are also many cats in front of the hotel.
maybe what needs to be fixed is the shower space which is level with the toilet floor. so when the shower is on, the water goes everywhere. at least the space for bathing or showering is lower than the bathroom floor

I definitely won't be coming back here after a centipede came out of the drainfloor while I was taking a shower.
I talked to the receptionist to see if there was anything they could do, but there was no refund or room change option.
