2 days stay here, day 1 was already amazed by the service that wow just say it woow why? because from the front office team was full of smiles, then given a welcome drink. then given the details of what the benefits are? then when asked where to rent a bike, immediately called the vendor. asked for a double pillow also immediately given. My feel full off happy and next trip I will stay here again. oh yes, thank you for the birthday cake 💚💚

Oh my, my stay here was truly a truly enjoyable vacation. The room was comfortable, and the service was very friendly. Even though there wasn't a TV, I somehow slept so soundly that I didn't wake up, even though I'm someone who needs the TV playing when I sleep. Next trip to Gili, I'll definitely be going to Frii!!!

This is my second stay here. This time I stayed in the villa. I might suggest providing hotel slippers, as the bathroom is outside, so your feet don't get dirty in bed. Also, the bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved, especially the bathtub. Everything else is good. The staff is friendly.

The staff is friendly, but there is no initiative to clean the room every day, so it seems like it has to be by request/ at least there is a hanger whether the room wants to be cleaned or not. Finally, when you want to rush out of the room, you have to wait for the staff to finish first. The AC is also not cold during the day because the Gili Trawangan area is hot during the day. There are no hotel slippers. There is no hotel TV. Then when I asked for late breakfast & I wanted to take it, it turned out to be directed to Hula (even though it is the same management as Frii Hotel). I mean, to make it easier for customers, the late breakfast should be placed at the Frii restaurant/reception. Finally, customers are lazy to take it.

friendly reception, smooth check in and check out process, complete room facilities, soft pillows, hot water is ok, breakfast at the Hula restaurant is varied and tastes good, the coffee is great, the service at the restaurant is really good, especially Bang Vernon is top, friendly and agile, does not differentiate between national and expat tourists, this is the best thing, because the service provided is equally good. hotel and restaurant in front of the beach with a very beautiful sunset view. the distance from the port to the hotel is quite far but worth it with what you get. manual and automatic bicycle rental places in front of the hotel, beautiful swimming pool with the best view, overall this hotel is recommended and will definitely come back stay here again.

The hotel is very far from the food and bar because it is located at sunset point/at the back. The Wi-Fi in the hotel is very minimal, the Wi-Fi in the room does not reach at all. Few mosquitoes. The check-in time of the staff is not on time so it makes the guest wait. After a long journey to the hotel, I have to wait again.

Worse experience ever in a hotel! Never come back! The reality is worse than the pictures, the place stated is 4 stars hotel but doesn’t even provide the TV. The room was dirty, mold everywhere, sofa was very dirty, no TV, bed sheets had stains on it, the blinds was dirty. the chair inside the room was very dirty, it was very unpleasant. I checked out as soon as I saw my room, wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here until there’s improvement on the room.

Overall, it's 8/10 for me. The price is quite cheap. The room is also quite big, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. No TV, Wi-Fi is not bad. Location: you need 20 minutes for riding a bike.
