The most enjoyable experience staying in an apartment! The price is very cheap for the facilities provided. The room is clean, looks new, Netflix and WiFi are on 24 hours, hot water is smooth, the room has no strange smells, and the parking lot is spacious. The bonus is getting a nice green view. Will come back to stay here again.

Please provide staff for apartment check-in (not security).
Update the bedcover, because the color has faded (looks dull), provide a soap rack in the bathroom, clean the swimming pool regularly, the water heater in the bathroom is problematic (the hot water is not working).
Otherwise, it's okay, the room is spacious, comfortable, the AC is cold, there is a mini kitchen with an electric stove, given a room with a direct view of Mount Merapi, the digital TV works well, the view of the green trees with the river below, the bathroom is clean ๐

Often have work to Jogja and are a bit confused about choosing a comfortable place, trying to stay here turned out to be beyond my expectations. The apartment staff is very friendly, the room management is very good, the gym facilities, the swimming pool are very okay besides the room facilities there is Netflix, drinking water if it runs out is free to refill and the toiletries are very complete. location is close to the city, the room is quite spacious, the TV is also a smart TV that can do Netflix. the downside is that checking in is complicated, the contact number on Traveloka is slow so it takes a long time to wait in the quiet lobby. finally the security helped me check in but I still had to wait another 15 minutes until the room key was delivered by the manager

Disappointed staying here for 2 weeks, got noisy complaints, not because of loud music or intentional shouting. But the sound of my child crying. Soundproofing should be installed or a rule should be added prohibiting bringing small children. During the day it is also hot, the AC is not cold enough.

However, we will explain about the case of sis why you were reprimanded, because of complaints from neighbors in other rooms, so we as managers gave you the option to move to a room that had no neighbors so that when your child cried there would be no more complaints but you did not agree. It is true that we reprimanded, but we gave options not without options, sis. In any accommodation, if a guest is very noisy so that it disturbs other guests, the manager will definitely reprimand and take responsible action. Hopefully you can understand, sis. Fast service, the price is really worth it for what you get. You can swim even though it's raining. You can cook noodles too. The apartment employees are also friendly๐ซถ๐ป If I have a vacation tomorrow, I must come here again.

Please provide staff for apartment check-in (not security).
