The staff were super friendly! We had to catch an early morning flight and the staff at the reception neatly packed our yummy breakfast to eat at the airport and even called us to remind us of our early checkout and also drove us to the airport and helped with our bags too. A big shoutout to the early morning staff on September 8th, 2025 (unfortunately, due to the rush, I was not able to get his name). But this hotel is great if you want to transit or stay close to the Lombok Airport. Cheers.

The perfect hotel for those dreaded late-night arrivals or ridiculously early morning departures. I have stayed at the hotel too many times to count and it doesn't disappoint the weary traveler. Recommended by this globe trotter.

Good service for homestay. The owner very cheerful, even have some renovation but overall so good.

The entire experience was incredibly enjoyable, from the room, the hospitality of the homestay owners, the delicious food, and the surroundings. Although the location is a bit off the main road, the access to the place is filled with beautiful views. 💕😍
