Every year, I always choose to stay here and it never lets me down, one of the best hotels in Balikpapan. The service and staff are really kind and professional. The room is clean, has a good vibe, and is spacious. I really enjoy staying here.

Ambiance/Facilities are complete and serve all the necessities. Food in the restaurant has plenty of choices for various taste buds. The staff are very friendly and announced my arrival as guest of the day with all the perks provided. The bed is comfortable for relaxing. Price is very reasonable and finally, the location is very convenient and close to all things being in the city center.

My first time checking in Astara for 2 nights. It was a great time we had drinking sessions at Blend Wine. Cool cafe with a variety of drinks at a reasonable price. Friendly staff Ibu Yulis and Grace. The rooms were so clean and the AC was so chilled. For food, it's surrounded by a food paradise. Had fun in Score Sports Lounge playing golf stimulation with Pak Herman, the Manager of Score Sports Lounge. The rate for golf stimulation is so cheap, Rp250,000 per hour. I really enjoyed it. Good service for the Astara Hotel concierge, especially Pak Adi and Aldi, who are willing to show you the nightlife spots in the BSB area. I really enjoyed my trip to Balikpapan and was very comfortable staying at the Astara Hotel Balikpapan. Again, good service. Finally, the hotel sent me to the Airport free of charge. Highly recommended.

The staff when we checked in was really friendly and helpful, also when we wanted to check out. Our plan was just to stay for 1 night, but when we saw our room, we decided to prolong for 1 day more. Thank you Mirama Hotel, keep always nice services.
