The rooms are clean, nice, and have complete amenities. There's access to a clean and beautiful private beach. The breakfast variety is quite good and the food is delicious. It was a very pleasant stay. I'll be back again.

My son was greeted with balloons upon arrival. Coming on a weekend, there were fun activities in the pool area, including ice cream and sandwich decorating for the kids. And in the morning, there was Zumba. Oh my God, it was a truly enjoyable experience for our family, especially since it's close to Bekapai Park, making it easy to find late-night dining.

I had a really nice experience staying at the Ibis Hotel Balikpapan. The overall facilities are excellent, well-maintained, and very comfortable. As someone traveling for work, I was really impressed by the Wi-Fi—it was fast and reliable the entire time. The meeting room was also great—spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for our needs. To top it all off, the food was absolutely enak! They served a delicious variety of meals that really hit the spot. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Balikpapan!

Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were friendly. It's clean and tidy, with a smoking area, and close proximity to public facilities in front of the beach. There's a swimming pool and exercise equipment. It's top-notch, and the price is very affordable for a 4-star hotel. Definitely recommended.
