I won't regret staying here, the AC works well, access to everywhere is good, close to the city center, yesterday I stayed here for 4 days and really felt at home, the bathroom was clean, in short it was the best.

I've actually stayed at Novotel several times, but this was my first time with my family. Thank God, it was a very pleasant experience. Friendly service, spacious rooms, and well-functioning facilities. Finding food at night is also easy because it's close to Bekapai Park and several other cafes within a radius of less than 500 meters. In the morning, breakfast was delicious. Novotel's strengths are definitely its delicious breakfast and diverse menu options, from Western to Eastern to Indonesian. The only downside is the gym access, as it's currently under renovation, hehe. Hopefully, next time I come here, I'll be able to use all the facilities.

It's a great place for a family vacation, with swimming at Aquaboom and Marquee on 7 Pool Club. Dinner is hassle-free, as it's directly connected to the mall. I'll definitely be back here again next time I'm on vacation 🤙

A very comfortable and quiet hotel with an old-world vibe. It includes a delicious and varied breakfast, smart TV (superior room upon request), children's and adults' swimming pools, and a gym.
