The location is peaceful, but a bit far from the city center and shopping areas. The service is excellent, everyone is friendly, and the receptionist, Rafika, even helped me get a free room upgrade. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The food is varied and delicious. The kids' activities are quite complete.

Staying at this villa was truly an incredible experience! The villa is incredibly luxurious and fully equipped—from the moment you arrive, you immediately feel the sense of exclusivity and comfort. What I love most is that the villa has an elevator on every floor, so you don't have to climb stairs, especially if you're bringing elderly people or small children. There's also 24-hour security, so you feel completely safe during your stay. The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms: 1 bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for guests or an assistant. 1 super spacious master bedroom with a bathtub! And 3 more bedrooms upstairs, all clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The other facilities are equally impressive. There are heated pools, both large and small, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon or evening. We had the chance to use 5 extra beds, and for 2 nights, it cost us Rp 2 million—well worth it if you're traveling with a large family. In short, this villa is truly perfect for a family vacation or a staycation with friends. Comfortable, luxurious, and complete!

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean with beautiful views. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were quite complete, and the location wasn't too crowded, making it a pleasant place to stay.

The location and view are beautiful. A complete welcome drink, including bajigur (rice cake) and fried and boiled snacks. There's free golf and drinks in the restaurant, and the air and ambiance are lovely. I'd love to stay at The Valley Resort again.

Stayed here for 3 nights, and the location is quite close to the city center. The hotel is new, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and quite spacious, the swimming pool is quite large and warm, and there are plenty of breakfast options. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

The villa with this price is so unexpectedly great! Lots of space to play with the kids.

The Villa is quite big, 4 stories long with 6 bedrooms, kitchen, 3 living rooms, amenities for your staying needs (kitchen utensils, food utensils, laundry utensils, Hair dryer, etc.) and a swimming pool. Every room is clean as well. I really like the view and the atmosphere of the highland. Each room is very spacious, with a king-sized bed and its own bathroom. There's also a mini mart within a walking distance.The guard on duty is very helpful as well, every time I phone them to get help with something, they came immediately. The villa really accommodated our need for stay-cation, and the establishment is family-friendly as well. Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely come back here for our next stay in Bandung.

The natural atmosphere is cool and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the little things are really taken care of, such as the towels being new and fragrant.

Nice place .. .. Kerenn room is a lot for a family holiday

I stayed here with a 2-year-old toddler. The owners are very kind and understanding. The room was clean with all the facilities that they have mentioned. Even though it was raining during our visit, we could enjoy the stay at the room for most of the time. Peaceful, quiet, and calm environment. Mixture of city and hill view sides. Definitely recommend for family or groups.
