The service was very satisfying. Initially, I was confused about how to book a room using the app, but then Mr. Hafid helped me through the booking process and check-in. The room was comfortable and clean, with complete amenities, especially the free laundry room for guests staying at Ashley. It's also perfect for long-term guests who don't have to worry about dirty clothes. The location is also very strategic.

This is my review of the second day. Like yesterday, the friendly staff, cleanliness, and strategic location in the Sabang area made this hotel a perfect choice. I then continued my journey by train at Gambir Station. It was truly amazing, the hotel's proximity to Gambir Station was so close, taking less than 15 minutes. I would like to thank Winda Liedy, Hotel Manager, for her kind response to my comments. I hope to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Very nice hotel with a great location in central Jakarta. Great facilities, services, friendly staff. We stayed for 3 nights in 2 rooms...
The price is more costly, but of course that's understandable for a 5-stars hotel. Hotel Borobudur is one of the legendary hotels in Jakarta, many public figures and foreign leaders have stayed here, so of course the security is more strict.
Many restaurants, very variety choices FnB for breakfast. The room space was wide and staff are friendly. I like the staff at the restaurant the most (mostly during breakfast), very friendly, warm smiles... that's one of the important things for me when choosing a hotel to stay.

As a hotel of choice for a staycation, this choice is very appropriate, filling our end-of-year holiday with our family spent the rest of our staycation holiday at this hotel, the location is very strategic close to our destination Monas and the business area, the service is very good especially during check-in and checkout, the room is clean and spacious even though the interior is not modern, the most impressive is the varied and delicious breakfast, our family enjoyed staying here, what is lacking from this hotel is a playground for children.

Hotel Horison Ultima Menteng provides a very satisfying stay. The breakfast is impressive, offering a wide variety—from coffee and herbal tea to Indonesian soups, nasi campur, and other local delicacies. I initially planned to stay for only one night, but after enjoying such an excellent breakfast, I decided to extend my stay for another day. Truly a worthwhile experience.

It was our first time staying in this hotel and it was a really good choice. Upon arrival, we were greeted by warm smiles by the friendly staff. The check-in process was swift and we were given welcome drinks and cakes. The room was spacious and clean and has all the essentials you would need. The bed was soft and we slept really well during our stay. The breakfast was good as well. The best part is the free laundry room. Really value for money. Recommended!
