⭐️ Good Front Desk Service ⭐️ Clean rooms, plenty of space, a Smart TV (so no need to worry about Netflix), a refrigerator and a kettle for coffee/tea. ⭐️ The bathroom is also clean, with complete amenities. Body and face towels are provided, and there's hot water and a hair dryer. ⭐️ Strategic location, close to a minimarket and nearby street food stalls. ⭐️ There's a swimming pool and gym. The clean pool is 1.2m deep and located on the ground floor (indoor). ⭐️ Breakfast is quite varied and some of the menu items are delicious. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There's a friendly cat hiding in a potted plant in front of the lobby. If I have another business around this hotel, I'll probably stay here again because it's comfortable.

Love the walking distance to Pasar Tanah Abang, approximately 2 minutes or maybe less to arrive at Pasar Tanah Abang. Love the hotel vibe, not to exaggerate, but it feels like you're staying at a 5-star rated hotel. The cons are obviously the traffic to travel out from Pasar Tanah Abang, but it's still bearable, what to expect, it is Jakarta! I recommend the hotel install a water bidet for toilet use. All in all, will repeat to stay in this Ashley Hotel.

The room size wasn't the same as the photo; it was significantly different. Furthermore, I received a room without a window. When I placed my order through the app, I requested room decoration, but it wasn't done, and there was no confirmation either. The provided glasses were dusty, the cupboards were dusty, and the corners of the bathroom floor were slippery. It wasn't worth the fall.

Check-in took a long time, almost an hour. The breakfast was very varied and the taste was mediocre, the only good thing was the Danish pastry. The room was spacious, but the shower water pressure was weak. The amenities were also incomplete. The plus was that there was a free laundry room so you could go home without bringing dirty clothes, but because it was busy, there was a long line.
