The condition of the room for the wallpaper is peeled off, there are spots of paint marks on the walls in several areas of the wallpaper. Got a corner room (343) the condition is there is a pillar in the middle (totally understand because this is the structure of the building we cannot control). However, for cleanliness in my opinion zero tolerance, the room must be clean whatever the condition of the room because that is what we can control. I got a very dirty tea spoon, the condition of the minibar had a drink spill that caused a smell, the bathroom exhaust fan was very dusty, the glass in the bathroom was also dirty with yellow stains everywhere, the bathroom area was slippery like moss. For the lobby and fitness center areas it was quite clean, the airscenting was really good, the fragrance was throughout the hotel area. Overall stay a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room.

Had a really nice stay here! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room and toilet were clean and comfortable. Minus 1 because not soundproof. The location is also strategic and it was easy to get a Grab from the hotel. The pool is located near the café area, so it’s easy to access and very convenient. Overall, everything was comfortable and hassle-free. Would definitely consider staying here again! 😊
