My first time staying at a hotel, I was confused about finding a good quality hotel at a reasonable price, and this was a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, the room was as pictured, and I got two free bottles of mineral water, a welcome drink, a toothbrush and toothpaste, and body soap. I will definitely repeat my order if I go back to Semarang.

For its price range, I can confidently recommend this particular hotel especially for solo travelers on a budget. I stayed in a standard single bed room and even with a breakfast, it was still far reasonably cheaper than other similar hotel rooms without a breakfast option and the breakfast was even a buffet style! The room that I stayed in may not look brand new but it was clean and comfortable. The AC was cool and working well while the hot water in the shower worked as intended.
While I have not gotten a chance to fully experience the other facilities yet, I was still impressed with other offers such as laundry service and spa. From the hotel, you could easily walk to Paragon Mall too!

This was my first time staying at the Hotel Louise Kienne. It's very comfortable, artistic, clean, and has friendly staff. It's also very reasonably priced. It was a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The friendly staff prioritized early check-in requests and provided connecting rooms. The welcome was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The rooftop pool area was lovely and very clean. The breakfast menu was varied. Highly recommended, especially for families with children or the elderly. I would definitely stay here again!
