First time I stayed here and I salute the fast and precise service. In addition, the reception and restaurant are fast response. For clean rooms and bathrooms, there is a housekeeping schedule so you can request when you need help cleaning the room. The location of the hotel is near the airport, Indomaret, and near places to eat too. Anyway, I will choose this hotel every time I visit.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly. Facilities include Wi-Fi, Google TV, free bottled water, and free coffee, tea, and sugar. The restroom was clean and had a hot shower. The room was comfortable for resting. There are plenty of food stalls around, so you won't go hungry, and it's also affordable. The price per night is also affordable. We checked in straight away from Surabaya for three nights at this hotel because our son's graduation ceremony was at TMII. It's great and highly recommended 👍

Our stay at Swiss Belresidences was absolutely perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were incredibly delivering exceptional service and special thanks to Duty Manager, Ms. Marida, for her excellent kindness. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. Staying here was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and all the amenities were functioning properly and were satisfactory. The food was also delicious and appetizing. This is the umpteenth time I have booked a hotel at GDC Jatiwarna, the service is really good, the admin is friendly and really helps me a lot when I bring my family, trying to get a side room 🥰. The swimming pool also doesn't smell of chlorine, so it can be used for a long time with the kids 😘.
