The service was very friendly, and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was also delicious. Furthermore, there's a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, and of course, there's no additional charge; everything is included in the room rate. 🥰

I felt so at home at this hotel that I extended my stay from 7 days to 10. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist, Ms. Anna. She was very responsive and even helped me when I was disturbed by the occupant of the room next to mine. The daily breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The room was cleaned every day without having to ask or put up a sign asking for cleaning. Every time I returned from a trip, the room was tidy. Although Kupang was hot, the atmosphere inside the hotel was cool, because the center of the hotel has an open area so the air circulation is very good, the hotel atmosphere is bright and not stuffy. It is very easy to get online transportation in this area. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my acquaintances who will be visiting Kupang.
