I was planning to surprise my husband for his Birthday Celebration and looking for a hotel that can provide mini decoration services. VIVERE Hotel provides Slice Cakes, Screen TV Greeting, and Mirror Drawing for FREE!! ✨ After booking via aplikasi, I showed my booking voucher to the staff via WhatsApp regarding my request, and the staff replied to my message very warmly and with fast response! When I checked in, the staff said, "All of your requests are ready!" and I am so happy and feeling respected! Appreciated that! The room was so clean and big! I booked Studio 30 type and, surprise, the room was quite spacious! The breakfast was fair enough for a 4-stars hotel, complete, so many options, and delicious! Definitely will book the room again at VIVERE for staycation.

The hotel is quite a distance from BSD city center and getting a Grab to and fro the hotel was a hassle. I had so many drivers cancelling on me. Rooms are weirdly designed with my first room having stains on my bedsheet, faulty sink faucet, and pubic hair on the dining table. Requested for a change in room which was made possible by the front desk. Overall ok hotel, but don't expect impeccable services.

The hotel is quite a distance from BSD city center and getting a Grab to and fro the hotel was a hassle. I had so many drivers cancelling on me. Rooms are weirdly designed with my first room having stains on my bedsheet, faulty sink faucet, and pubic hair on the dining table. Requested for a change in room which was made possible by the front desk. Overall ok hotel, but don't expect impeccable services.
