The best experience staying here, all the hotel facilities are complete, very suitable for a stayedcation with family, very kids friendly, children can swim as much as they want in the swimming pool and also go straight to the beach because the beach is right behind the hotel. The hotel location is very strategic, 400M to Masjid Nabawi Gate 33, with easy access for women. There is a lot of food selection nearby, from food stalls to the inside mall food court, including Indonesian food.
The room is very clean, and the amenities are top-notch (Byredo).
The staff is super friendly; it feels like I'm staying at my own home. They are also very responsive to email and queries prior to check-in, during stay, and after stay.
