Modern design, very large room, very soft mattress, clean and very new, strategic location right in front of the station, just cross the road, the area is surrounded by malls and nearby there is a delicious ramen restaurant, overall very good, next time I will stay again.

It was a pleasant stay with them. They have a 24-hour front desk that can speak English quite well. I never see any front desk that can understand English very well in Osaka, so I'm quite amazed by them. They are very friendly too! The room was clean. Tatami was quite comfortable to sleep on. Very spacious room that really fits a family with kids. There is a washing machine in the room, and you can dry clothes in the bathroom. Very near Aeon mall (just the next block). A small distance from Kyoto Station. We would come back again when visiting Kyoto next time. Thank you ☺️

We stayed in a wonderful, tidy, and clean place, a calm and quiet neighborhood. They provide 3 washing machines completed with dryer. Preferable for those who are looking for a short stay in Kyoto with accessible facilities nearby

The hotel staff was really friendly and polite, and always helped me when I had trouble carrying my things. The security was good. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to everything. I would definitely come back here if I were in Kyoto again.

The hotel is very family friendly. This is my second stay at this hotel and they upgraded our room. The bed was comfortable, the room is spacious enough for the 5 of us (2A3C). Love the snack & drink bar at the hotel, we can relax & rest well and the vibe is very calming & relaxing. There is a playground just next to the hotel and my kids love it.
