The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! The area was very convenient, walking to the harbour didn’t take long at all and it was very easy to navigate even after just one day and felt like I knew where I was going. All in all 10 out of 10 Stay!

Everything about the property was great. The area surrounding it was not. But that is not the property’s fault. We had fun with the stay and are very grateful to be able to stay there. Thank you so much!!!

Never got my check-in email and had to stand in the rain trying to call thankfully the help line was finally able to get me in but then said it was for 5 had 2 bed and1 futon plus a floor pillow couch the stairs going up let in so much light in the morning made the bad sleeping arrangements even worse but had a nice kitchen and table really nice bathrooms plus a great view but with all the other stuff made it a 2/5

部屋が汚かったです。所々の汚れが気になりました調理器具の包丁が小さすぎました果物ナイフでも構いませんがセラミックなど切れるものでないと指が痛くて使いにくいです

全てにおいて最悪。今まで泊まったホテルの中で最も後悔。シーツ交換はされておらずシワシワ。更に髪の毛が付いている。周囲の環境も最悪。チェックインして間もなくチェックアウトした。一階には深夜営業の爆音飲み屋。違法車両の爆音。輩の怒声で眠れず。深夜にチェックアウトして家路についた。寝ることの出来ないホテル。最悪の家族旅行となった。
