The room looks exactly like stated by picture. Never thought the room was bigger as my child can run and go round in the room. The breakfast also great and we are satisfied with overall services they provided includes toiletries!

Promenade has always been my hotel of choice when in Kota Kinabalu due to its strategic location. Ambiance is great and much has been done to upgrade the facilities at Promenade. For me, it's home away from home.

Helpful and polite staff. Room condition is top notch. Walking distance to Todak Waterfront. 24-hour convenience store is right in front of the hotel. Pharmacy is close too. Amazing food especially from the Asian restaurant. Please try their dim sum! Reasonable price for the food. This is my 3rd visit and I will definitely stay here if I visit KK again.
