Clean room, good location and good service

Everything is brand new so there were no problems. The room and its bathroom are very clean. But if I decide to stay there again, I will request for a room that is not facing the main road as it gets noisy at night, could not sleep well at night with the cars noises. Another complaint is one of the staff at the front desk was not that friendly, did not greet properly, I don't remember his name but he should treat his visitors equally regardless our races or our religious beliefs.

The staff made me wait more than 30 minutes. They said they didn't receive my booking. I told them that never happened in my life before. I already paid and received the booking ID, but they were just lazy to check. I showed them the email booking ID and app that showed I already booked the room and paid, but the guy kept on saying they didn't have it. I told him to check the booking ID, but they were just being lazy and asked me to pay again to book another room. After a while, he checked the paper itinerary booking, and I saw one of the papers had my booking. He said, "Let me check again." It is obvious the name and booking ID were there, had my name, and were exactly the same as my booking ID, yet they still wasted my time to wait. Seriously won't ever go to that hotel ever again. The room was okay, clean, but no soundproof.

Room is too small even for 2 person..not suitable for family or friend to stay togas because they use glasses door for the toilet..

Actually the hotel is so good, but one night I quite surprised when there’s a cockroach inside the room, how could it happened? But the cleaning service staff was very honest, when my little brother forgot the wallet during checkout he kept it on the receptionist.
