Check-in was smooth, and please take note that the hotel requires RM100 for a deposit, so keep some cash ready. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel also sent a WhatsApp message to customers after checking in for further assistance (this is good). I requested a quieter side of the hotel because I am a light sleeper, and the hotel was able to provide it. Overall, very satisfied with the room and service.

The hotel selected was perfect. Very near to my event venue KLCC. It was just 7 mins walk from the hotel (with my heels 😄). Great place for staycation and a pitstop for a shopping trip and unwind. Will definitely go there again.

Our 5-night stay in a two-bedroom unit was pleasant. The breakfast menu was great, the room was neat and clean, and the location in the city center made it easy to access everywhere. The infinity pool and its view from the skydeck were awesome. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Hotel is well maintained though it has been around for many years. Certainly value for money as the room is clean, big enough, and comfortable for two. The complementary buffet breakfast was superb with a good variety of local and western food. Will certainly stay there again for my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Hotel is walking distance to malls and towers. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Meals have a wide variety to choose from in the hotel and from the nearby malls and restaurants.

Outstanding heritage hotel with a strong customer service focus. Rooms are large, well furnished with some traditional Malay decor. Breakfast buffet is varied and all food is of a good quality. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay. Breakfast buffet is great. The location is perfect. Very near to tourist attractions, we can see Petronas from our room on the 22nd floor.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is located within walking distance to many attractions. Pavilion Kuala Lumpur was next door, KLCC and Bukit Bintang connected on the walkway as well. The room was also clean and well maintained. Would love to stay here again!

The 3rd hotel I stayed in Kuala Lumpur. So far, the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur (worth the budget). Food was great, love the staff hospitality, rooms so comfy, internet connection super fast. Work and pleasure become one.
