The location is perfect—just next to Sunway Pyramid Mall, with so many restaurants and mini markets around the hotel. Super convenient and comfortable, highly recommended!

I had a great stay. Staff were courteous, 1-bedroom residence was spacious and clean. The bed was amazing too. This hotel is nearby many food options as well as minimarts and a supermarket. Parking is free and aplenty. Would stay here again given the chance.

A very clean, practical hotel. Starbucks is right at ground floor. Price is value for money. Location very good and convenient right beside Pavillion Mall. The rooms are spacious and has a sofa bed which actually is very comfortable and relaxing. Service is friendly and very professional. Will definitely come back to stay in Hyatt Place for my next visit to KL

The woman at the reception is very friendly and helpful, helping me upgrade to a park view room and late check-out. Overall, the staff is very pleasant. The room is very nice and clean. The buffet breakfast is delicious. The lift area is so nice also. Surely will stay here again next time.

I booked for 3 nights. I ended up coming back for 3 weeks! The place is really good—super clean, the pool, gym, they even have a co-working place, you can't ask for anything, they have everything! This will be my home whenever I'm in Malaysia. BTW, big shout out to the reception team, especially Angel—she is really an angel 😇, always smiling, very smart girl, very pleasant to talk to. Swing & Pillows @ KL Sri Petaling

If you want to watch a match at Bukit Jalil stadium, this hotel is a good choice. You only need to walk for 30 minutes, but from the nearest MRT (Taman Naga Emas) it's like a 30–40 minute walk. However, the area is so walkable, so for me it's fine. I was in no rush. The best thing is that there are good restaurants around. Family Mart is just next door. There is Sushi Hiro. There's Mixue and other drinks. I enjoyed my stay.
