Helpful and polite staff. Room condition is top notch. Walking distance to Todak Waterfront. 24-hour convenience store is right in front of the hotel. Pharmacy is close too. Amazing food especially from the Asian restaurant. Please try their dim sum! Reasonable price for the food. This is my 3rd visit and I will definitely stay here if I visit KK again.

It was great! I can spend a whole day staying in this hotel without going out. All is perfect, with complete facilities. There is also a vcd player. I don't have to go to the cinema, only buying a rm5 cd and then enjoy the movie all night. Will definitely going back to this hotel. Good services! Also, the price is so affordable. Clean and tidy.
